Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to Aegir Brewing Co. LLC for July 3, 2021, with the
following conditions:
1. Alcohol must be confined entirely to inside the building at 707 Main Street NW and the small patio area
outside. The patio must be completely enclosed by fence with no ingress/egress.
2. It is the responsibility of the business to keep patrons on their premises with alcohol and failure to do so
could result in revocation of the licensee’s taproom and off-sale licenses.
Background/Discussion
Aegir Brewing Co. LLC submitted application for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for Saturday, July 3, 2021.
Aegir has moved their day-to-day taproom and off-sale licenses to their new location at 19050 Industrial Blvd.
Aegir would like to operate out of their Main Street location during Elk River Fest. Aegir is eligible to pull a
Temporary On-Sale Permit as a small brewer.
