ORDINANCE 91 - 28
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1008.14 - SUBDIVISION DESIGN
STANDARDS, SUB 6. - SEWAGE DISPOSAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That Section 1008.14 (6) of the City of Elk
River Code of Ordinances titled, "Sewage Disposal" be amended
to read as follows:
6.
Sewaqe Disposal.
a. In areas being platted without public or central
sewage systems, construction, location, design and
inspection of all individual sewage treatment systems
within the City shall be in accordance with Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency Individual Sewage Treatment
Systems Standards, Chapter 7080 et. seq. (hereinafter and
heretofore referred to as Chapter 7080), as amended from
time to time, which standards are hereby adopted by
reference and made a part hereof as fully as though set
forth herein in full, a copy of which is on file with the
City Clerk.
b. In addition thereto, the following
Chapter 7080 is hereby adopted by reference
part hereof as fully as though set forth in
being on file with the City Clerk:

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after the date of its publication.
