Background/Discussion
The soil borings have been completed. The draft boring logs were received, and a final report is still expected.
The site continues to be mowed and the city's Cable Coordinator is in the process of updating the drone footage
video that will be utilized to help market and promote the site.
Staff continues to receive inquiries and is working on process to solicit development ideas for the site through a
Request for Information (RFI) per the direction of the HRA.

maintain residential properties.
