Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Furniture and Things
Community Fvent Center Advisory Commission was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by
Chair Williams.
2. Consider Agenda
Moved by Commissioner Jim Hecker and seconded by Commissioner Greg
Loidolt to approve the May 6, Furniture and Things Community Event Center
Advisory Commission Agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
Consider Minutes
3.1 Consider 03/04/2021 Regular Meeting Minutes
Moved by Commissioner Greg Loidolt and seconded by Commissioner Jim
Hecker to approve the following March 4, Furniture and Things Community
Event Center Advisory Commission Minutes. Motion carried 5-0.

6.1 Facility Rental Rates
FTCENTER Advisory Commission discussed the possible creation of a non profit
rate for room rentals. The Commission determined they will consider during the
annual rate review.

7.1 Selection of Branding Consultants
Moved by Commissioner Jacob Peterson and seconded by Commissioner
Michael Westgaard to approve Branding Consultant: HGA. Motion carried
5-0.
8. Superintendent Updates
Mr. Dalton presented his report. Brief update of what has been going on with the
FTCENTER.

There being no further business, Chair Williams adjourned the meeting of the
Furniture and Things Community Event Center Advisory Commission at 8:49 p.m.
