Recommend, by motion, park dedication for Tall Pines PUD Third Addition be paid, at the applicable rate, for the
final number of dwelling units when the lots are released for recording.
Background/Discussion
The subject properties are located east of Line Avenue just north of
183rd Circle (Figure 1) and are 2.49 acres in size. The proposed plat
will consist of 14 buildable lots with 13 of them eligible for park
dedication.

The Master Plan does not identify park property in the vicinity of this
plat.
Parks and Recreation Trail Master Plan
No trails are planned to access this plat.
