ORDINANCE 90 - 2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO ZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1C SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-2B
TOWNHOUSE/MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of
Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:

That part of Lot 20 I AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 3 I Sherburne
County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the
Southeast corner of Lot 21 of said AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO.3;
thence North 0 degrees 13 minutes 57 seconds East along the
East line of said Lot 21 a distance of 264.00 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 21 and the point of beginning of
the land to be described; thence South 0 degrees 13 minutes 57
seconds West along said East line of Lot 21 a distance of
117.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 39 seconds East
parallel with the South line of said Lot 20 a distance of 80.00
feet; thence North 12 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds East a
distance of 86.86 feet; thence North 49 degrees 22 minutes 53
seconds West a distance of 108.16 feet; thence North 45 degrees
37 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 130.00 feet; thence
