ORDINANCE 90 - 29
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PERMITTED,
ACCESSORY AND CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT,
SUBD. B - A-1 AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (B)(l) of the City of
Elk River Code of Ordinances titled "Permitted Uses" be amended
to read as follows:
1. Permitted Uses -
a. Agricultural uses (10 acre minimum on unplatted
property) .
Section 2. That Section 900.12 (B)(3) of the City of
Elk River Code of Ordinances titled "Conditional Uses" be
amended to read as follows:
3. Conditional Uses -
o.
Agricultural uses (less than 10 acres or if within a
platted area).
Agricultural accessory structures larger than 2,000
square feet and additional agricultural accessory
structures.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of publication.
