ORDINANCE 90 - 31
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 _ PERMITTED,
ACCESSORY, AND CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT,
SUBD. K - I-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (K)(3) of the City of
Elk River Code of Ordinances titled "Conditional Uses" be
amended to add:
3. Conditional Uses:
i. government buildings and facilities
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of August, 1990.
