DISCUSSION:
• Bi-annual bond payments, due August 2 and totaling $501,462, have been paid. The
bond payments due were a water bond that will mature in 2022; one refunding of
electric bonds that will mature in 2022; the bonds from 2016 and 2018 for our
Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (MMPA) buy-in maturing in 2036 and 2048,
respectively; and a share in the bond with the City for our office buildings that will
mature in 2023.
• The general manager and I met via Zoom with our auditors from Adbo, Eick & Meyers
for our annual listening call, where we discuss how the past audit went and any needs
that we may have in the coming year.
• Continued work on reporting information for arbitrage compliance with the 2016A and
2016B bonds.
