Accept, by motion, the public improvements constructed with the plat of Hillside Estates 12th Addition
Background/Discussion
The developer has completed the public improvements described in the development agreement for Hillside
th
Estates 12 Addition. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The improvements have been
inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards described in city codes and policies.
Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the development
agreement. Staff recommends formal acceptance as of July 15, 2021. The warranty period will expire on July 15,
2023.
