Background/Discussion
Spirit Week is set for September 20—24, 2021. The week will focus on supporting our local economy,
supporting local businesses and their employees, and an opportunity to showcase various businesses.
The subcommittee will be meeting on August 18`'to finalize the week's activities, marketing, and
promotion plan.
Financial Impact
The EDA allocated $10,000 in the 2021 budget to this initiative.
Mission/Policy/Goal
To Elk River is a community initiative to encourage, engage, and support local businesses,non-profits, and
neighbors in need through challenging times.
