ORDINANCE 89 - 3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map of the Elk River
Code of Ordinances be amended to read as follows:
The following property shall be rezoned from I-I Light Industrial
to C-3 Highway Commercial.
That part of the NW-l/4 of the NE-l/4 lying Northeasterly of
Highway 169 in Section 14, Township 32, Range 26, Sherburne
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force frQm and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of February
, 1989.
