ORDINANCE 89 - 5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12
PERMITTED, ACCESSORY AND CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT
TO ALLOW MINI STORAGE IN R-3 AND R-4 ZONES
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (F) (3) of the City of
Elk River Code of Ordinance titled, "Conditional Uses" be amended
to read as follows:
g. Mini Storage
Section 2. That Section 900.12 (G) (3) of the City of
Elk River Code of Ordinance titled, "Conditional Uses" be amended
to read as follows:
f. Mini Storage
Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
