ORDINANCE 89 - 8
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.08, DEFINITIONS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.08 "Definitions", of the Elk
River Code of Ordinances be amended to include a definition for
the following term.
Mini Storage -
An enclosed storage facility containing multiple individual
units used solely for' the storage of personal property.
These units are intended to be leased or rented to private.
individuals. This facility is not intended to be used for ~
commercial or industrial storage, nor shall the storage of
flamable liquids or other hazardous materials be permitted.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
