AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER TO REPEAL SECTION 216
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
The City Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Creating a Recreation
Board" and enacted as Section 216 to the Code of Ordinances is
hereby repealed.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River on this
15th day of May, 1989.
