ORDINANCE 88 - 5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 500.02 PUBLIC NUISANCES
AFFECTING HEALTH
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 500.02 of the City of Elk River
Code of Ordinance titled, "Public Nuisances Affecting Health" be
amended to read as follows:
3. Privy vaults and garbage cans which are not fly-tight and
trash receptacles of insufficient size so as to not
eliminate the storage of trash outside the covered
receptacle.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 1st day of February, 1988.
