ORDINANCE 88 - 8
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.24 - PARKING AND LOADING
REGULATIONS, SUBSECTION 10- REQUIRED NUMBER OF ON SITE
PARKING SPACES
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.24 (10) of the City of Elk
River Code of Ordinance titled, "Required number of on-site
parking spaces" be amended to read as follows:
B. MUlti-Family Dwelling - Two and one-half (2 1/2) parking
spaces per dwelling unit, one space of which must be
completely enclosed.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 1st
day of February, 1988.
