ORDINANCE 88-11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO
ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-lC/SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO R-2B/TOWNHOUSES AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk
River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
Parcell and Parcel 2 that make up that part of Lot 2, Block
2, Riverview Addition to Village of Elk River lying north of
a line at right angles to the west line of said Lot 2 at a
point 215 feet south of the northwest corner thereof.
from R-lC/Single Family Residential to R-2B/Townhouse and Multi
Family Residential.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 18th day of April, 1988.
