ORDINANCE 88-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO
ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-4/MULTI-FAMILY TO R-IC/SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordains as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk
River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
All that part of the NW~ of the NE~, Section 33, Township
33, Range 26, Sherburne County, MN, described as beginning
at the SW corner of Block one (1), of the duly recorded plat
of Oak Field First Addition; thence West along the Westerly
extension of the South line of said Block a distance of
272.50 feet; thence North 0 degrees 38' 15" East, parallel
with said West line of said Block 1 a distance of 480.00
feet, thence East parallel with said Westerly extension of
the South line of Block 1 a distance of 272.50 feet to said
West line of Block 1; thence 0 degrees 38' 15" West along
said West line 480.00 feet to the point of beginning.
. Containing 3.00 acres more or less.
Together with an easement for roadway purposes over and
across that part of said NW~ of the NE~ described as
beginning at said SW corner of Block 1, Oak Field First
Addition; thence West along said Westerly extension of the
South line of said Block 1 for a distance of 272.50 feet;
thence South 0 degrees 38' 15" West parallel with the
Southerly extension of said West line of Block 1 for a
distance of 66.00 feet; thence East parallel with said
Westerly extension of the South line of Block 1, a distance
of 272.50 feet to said Southerly extension of the West line
of Block 1; thence North 0 degrees, 38', 15" East along said
Southerly extension 66.00 feet to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
