ORDINANCE 88-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 CONDITIONAL USES
BY DISTRICT, SUB. 1 - A-I AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16 (1) of the City of Elk River
Code of Ordinances titled, "A-l Agricultural Conservation District" be
amended to read as follows:
r. Temporary material processing associated with mineral
extraction within legal gravel pits.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 23 day of May, 1988.
