ORDINANCE 88-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.08 - DEFINITIONS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1.
Code of Ordinance
follows:
That Section 900.08 of the City of Elk River
titled, "Definitions" be amended to read as
48.1 Model Homes
A home which is similiar to others in a development and which is
open to public inspection for the purpose of selling said other
homes. The inside and outside appearance must remain as a home.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of June
