ORDINANCE 88-19
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 -
CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT
SUBSECTION 2-R-l and R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16(2) of the City of Elk
River Code of Ordinance titled, "R-l and R-2 Residential
Districts" be amended to read as follows:
a. Home occupations.
b. Churches.
c. Golf courses and country clubs in the R-IA and R-IB
Districts.
d. Group homes.
e.
In platted areas, agricultural
structures or buildings.
uses,
accessory
f. Temporary mobile homes consistent with Section 900.20
Subsection R(h).
g.
Travel trailer parks and campgrounds.
h. Fairground facilities.
i. Daycare facilities within travel trailer parks and
campgrounds.
j .
General stores within travel
campgrounds.

k. Metal skinned buildings in R-2 districts.
1. Daycare centers for thirteen or more children in
churches or public buildings.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
