ORDINANCE 88-20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO
ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM A-l/AGRICULTURAL TO R-lA/SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk
River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
All in the E~ of Section 1, Township 32, Range 26, Sherburne
County, MN. That part of the NE\ of the NE\ lying south of
the north 675' thereof: The S~ of the NE\, the NE\ of the
SE\, that part of the Sw\ of the SE\ lying north of the
westerly extension of the south line of the north 21.30
acres of the SE\ of the SE\, the NW\ of the SE\, except the
north 510 ft. of the west 270 ft. thereof, and also except
that part of the west 327 ft. thereof lying south of said
north 510 ft. thereof.
from A-l/Agricultural to R-lA/Single Family Residential.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from an after the date of its publication.
