AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR
THE CITY OF ELK RIVER TO REPEAL SECTION 215
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 88-3, adopted March 7, 1983, and entitled RAn
Ordinance Creatin9 an Economic Development CommissionR and
enacted as Section 215 to the Code of Ordinances is hereby
repealed.
Adopted by tqe City Council of the City of Elk River on this
29th Day of August, 1988.
