AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CERTAIN PROPERTYi FROM
District.
THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO ZONE
A-l/Agricultural to Solid Waste Overlay
The City Council Qf the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk
River is hereby a~ended to zone the property described as:
The north 52$ ft. of the NE-l/4 of the SW-l/4 lying westerly
of the westtight-of-way line of u.S. Highway 169; the Wl/2
of the NW ,1/4; and that part of the E-l/2 of the NW-l/4
lying westetly of the west right-of-way line of u.S.
Highway 169'except the north 469.8 ft. of the NE-l/4 of the
NW-l/4; all . in Section 3, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne
County, Minnesota from A-l/Agricultural to Solid Waste
Overlay District.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
