The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:

Ordinance, the City of Elk River is divided into the
following districts:
Floodway District
Flood Fringe District
Agricultural Conservation District
Single-Family Residential Districts (R-IA, R-IB
and R-IC
Two-Family Residential Districts (R-2A and R-2B)
Townhouse and MUltiple-Family Residential District
General Townhouse and MUltiple-Family Residential
District
Central Business District
Office District
Highway Commercial District
Light Industrial District
Medium Industrial District
Planned Unit Development District
Solid Waste Facility Overlay District
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
