ORDINANCE 83-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.06(38) DEFINITIONS - OF THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 900.06(38) of the City's Zoning Ordinance titled, "Definitions" be amended to read as follows: 38. Lot Area. In R-la. unsewered and A-I Zoning Districts the horizontal land area within the lot line but not including any land within a public right-of-way or any area occupied by rivers,streams, lakes or any area one acre or larger and classified as a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Type 3, 4 or 5 wetlands, as defined by th U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In all other zoning districts, the horizontal land area within the lot line, but not including any land within a public right-of-way or any area oc- cupied by rivers, streams, lakes or any area classified as a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Type 3, 4 or 5 wetland. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its publication. Passed and adopted this 3rd day of October, 1983.
