SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
ACTING AS THE BOARD OF REVIEW
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the City
Council on Wednesday, April 30, 1997, at 6:00 p.m. to be held at the
Sherburne County Government Center.
The purpose of the meeting is hold the annual Board of Review meeting to
review and correct the assessment of City of Elk River for the year 1997.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.

ASSESSMENT NOTICE
NOTICE OF BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Review of the City of Elk
River in Sherburne County, Minnesota, will meet on Wednesday, April 30,
1997, at 6:00 p.m., at Sherburne County Courthouse, 13880 Highway
10, Elk River, Minnesota.
The Board of Review meeting is held for the purpose of reviewing and
correcting the assessment of said City of Elk River for the year 1997.
All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who
wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby
notified to appear at said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment
corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until
the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such
complaint.
