Recommend, by motion, the Park Improvement Fund projects for 2021 to 2026. Recommend, by motion, Park Dedication Fund projects for 2022. Background/Discussion On August 25, 2021, at a special meeting the Commission discussed a list of projects for the 2021 to 2026 Park Improvement Fund. Park Improvement Fund projects selected for completion in 2022 and potential new projects (indicated in red on the attached spreadsheet) that could be completed with Park Dedication Funds were discussed. Park Dedication projects include Lion John Weicht Park Ninja/Fitcore System $285,000, Orono Park Pickleball Windscreen $4,500, Orono Park Security Cameras $18,000, Orono Park Pickleball Shade Structures $14,000, and YAC Playground Safety Netting $50,000.
