A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving the
Orono Lake Improvement District Annual Budget for the Year 2022
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Order Establishing the Orono Lake Improvement
District (OLID), the City of Elk River (City) shall review the OLID budget annually
following the Annual Meeting which is held in July or August each year; and
WHEREAS, as referenced in the OLID Resolution 21-01, OLID Board of Directors has
provided proper notice, met and certified the assessment roll for the 2022 OLID services
and activities charge; and
WHEREAS, OLID Board of Directors has requested, pursuant to Minnesota Statues,
Section 103B.555, that the City impose a service charge on all eligible parcels within the
OLID as per the 2022 Service Charge List in the amount of $100.00 per full unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: That the Orono Lake Improvement District Annual Budget
and service charge for the year 2022 is approved.
