DISCUSSION:
The first cycle of assessment letters will be mailed the week of September 13.
Subsequent cycleletters will be mailed in the following weeks with a deadline of the
beginning of November. Our credit & collections specialist puts a lot of time into
researching property owners to ensure adequate notice is given.
National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) has completed programming changes
for some of our custom reports related to the Cold Weather Rule timeframe changes.
The customer service manager and billing specialist (along with others within the
company) will be traveling to the NISC Member Information Conference in Louisville, KY
the week of September 13.
The customer service representatives have been busy creating residential backflow
prevention testing service orders as customers are responding to their annual testing
notice and creating appointments. This new process is going very well.
