Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Elk River in the County of Sherburne and
State of Minnesota, convened for the transaction of business pertaining to Roads, this twelfth (12th)
day of October A.D. 1891.
Supervisors met at Town Clerkâs office
Present: W.H. Houlton, Chairman. John Blocher
Change in Norval Road Petition Presented
The petition of Wm Norval and others for changes in the highway known as the Norval Town Road
was presented together with proof of posting of copies of same as required by law, and the same
being found in the form notices of hearing were ordered given for Oct. 23, 1891.
On motion adjourned. A true record.
