ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 16, 1932
The Board of Elk River Township met at Court-house with all members present, this being the date
set for the hearing on the petition of S.R. Houlton and others.
After consideration of the requests and objections to said petition, the board voted to grant said
petition and made final road order of same date for same, allowing damages as follows:
Frank Hipsag, 5 rolls barb wire
John Ratz 3 rolls barb wire
Said road recorded on page 265 of this book.
