Resolution 21-60
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS the City of Elk River received a $6,500 donation from the Elk River
Ministerial Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend the Elk River Ministerial Association for his
donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Wagner and duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers West ,aard,, Bel-er, and
Wa er and the following against: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Westgaard, Beyer, and
Wa,gaer and the following absent: Councilmember Christianson.
Passed and adopted this 7' day of September 2021.
