I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meetings of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was called to order by Chair Toth, and the meeting of the
Economic Development Authority was called to order by Chair Dan Tveite at 5:54 p.m.
2. Closed Meeting — MN Statute § 1313.05, Subd, 3(c)(1)
The HRA held a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05, Subd. 3(c)(1) (the "Act"). The
purpose of the meeting was to develop or consider an offer or counteroffers for the
purchase or sale of real or personal property. The properties discussed were:
PID #75-757-0105, also known as 17610 Tyler Street NW, Elk River
PID #75-820-0105, also known as 10835 170`' Avenue NW, Elk River
PID #75-597-0105, also known as 13566 185`' Avenue NW, Elk River
PID #75-597-0110, also known as 13530 185`' Avenue NW, Elk River
Main and Gates properties, an HRA -owned site

There being no further business, Chair Toth and Chair Tveite adjourned the meeting at 6:32
