ORDINANCE 85-1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES
BY DISTRICT, SUB. 9A - C-3A HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12(9A.) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances
titled, "C-3A Highway Commercial District" be amended to read as follows:
m. Retail Grocery Stores
n. New Retail Auto Parts Stores
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of February, 1985.
