ORDINANCE 85-3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1302.16 - CHARGES FOR
GENERAL USERS - DOMESTIC, COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL AND GOVERNMENT USERS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follow:
Section 1. That Section 1302.'6, Sub. 2, of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinances titled, "Charges for General Users - Domestic, Commercial, Institutional,
and Government Users," be amended to read as follows:
