ORDINANCE 85- 5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCES
RELATING TO THE KEEPING OF WILD OR VICIOUS ANIMALS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Chapter 502 "Dogs and Other Animals" of the Elk River
City Code be amended by adding the following Section relating to wild or
vicious animals:
502.09 - Wild or Vicious Animals Prohibited. No person shall keep or
allow to be kept anyplace in the City any animal of a ferocious or
vicious character, habit or disposition, or any animal which is wild
by nature.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of April, 1985.
