ORDINANCE 85-8
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12, PRINCIPAL USES BY DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER'S ZONING 0RDINANCE
The City Council of the City of) Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12, Subsection 9B, of the City of Elk River
Zoning Ordinance titled, "Principal Uses - C-3B Highway Commercial Districts,"
be amended to read as follows:
9B. C-3B Highway Commercial District.
g. Produce Markets
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this Seventeenth day of June, 1985.
