ORDINANCE 85-9

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16, CONDITIONAL USES OF THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER'S ZONING ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16, Subsection 4, of the City of Elk River
Zoning Ordinance titled, "Conditional Uses - R-4 Residential District," be
amended to read as follows:
4J.. R-4 Residential District
i. Health clubs and attached professional office facilities
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this Seventeenth day of June, 1985.
