86-001 ORD . .' . ORDINANCE 86- 1 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLAN REVIEW FEES FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES The City Council of the the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. Plan review fees shall be as prescribed by Subsection B of Section 304 of the 1982 Uniform Building Code, with the exception that the plan review fee for single family residential structures shall be 25% of the building permit fee. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its publication.
