ORDINANCE 86- 1
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLAN REVIEW FEES FOR SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES
The City Council of the the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Plan review fees shall be as prescribed by
Subsection B of Section 304 of the 1982 Uniform Building Code,
with the exception that the plan review fee for single family
residential structures shall be 25% of the building permit fee.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of March, 1986.
