AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1100.10 - PARKING REGULATIONS
SUBSECTION (6) - PRIMA FACIE VIOLATION
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 1100.10(6) of the Elk River City Code of
Ordinances. titled "Prima Facie Violation" be amended to read as follows:
6. Prima Facie Violation. The presence of any motor vehicle on any
street when standing or parked in violation of this ordinance is prima facie
evidence that the registered owner or current owner of the vehicle committed
or authorized the commission of the violation.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
