CITY OF ELK RIVER
ORDINANCE 86-4
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 215 OF THE ELK RIVER CODE OF
ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, in City Ordinance 83-3 the City Council established a
City of Elk River Economic Development Commission by
adding a new Section 215 to the Elk River City Code
of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it desirable to amend Section
215.00 - "Composition of Commission" of the Elk
River Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Elk River City Council that
Section 215.00 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances be
amended to read as follows:
Section 215 - Economic Development Commission
Section 215.00 - Compositionof Commission. The Economic
Development Commission shall be composed of 20 members or less.
The Commission may appoint additional non-voting members as necessary.
This Ordinance 86-4 shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this
19th day of May, 1986.
