ORDINANCE 86-5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 999.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
BY DISTRICT, SUBSECTION 5 - C-1 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 999.16(5) of the Elk River Code
of Ordinance titled "C-l Central Business District" be amended to
read as follows:
d. Motor Vehicle Service Stations
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of June, 1986.
