ORDINANCE 86- 8
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
SUB 1 - A-I AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16(1) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances
titled, "A-l Agricultural Conservation Districts" be amended to read as follows:
o. Daycare Facilities within travel trailer parks and campgrounds
p. General Stores within travel trailer parks and campgrounds
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
