ORDINANCE 86 -10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
BY DISTRICTS, SUBSECTION 4-R-4 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16(4) of the Elk River Code of Ordinances
titled, "R-4 Residential District" be amended to read as follows:
j. Railroad maintenance buildings in railroad right-of-way.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
