ORDINANCE 86- 12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
SUB 3 - R-3 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16 (2) of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled, "R-3 Residential Districts" be amended to read as follows:
F. Metal skinned buildings
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
