ORDINANCE 86- 13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
SUB 2 - R-1 AND R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16 (2) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinance
titled, "R-1 and R-2 Residential Districts" be amended to read as follows:
L. Metal skinned buildings in R-2 districts
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
