1. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the Special Work Meeting of the Elk River
Municipal Utilities Commission was called to order at 3:30 P.M. by President Dietz.
This work session entailed the Commission discussing in detail the contents and
available options of the Pay Equity Study currently being completed by Hay
Management Consultants and Staff. The results and options are only preliminary
at this time. The completed study will be presented at a regularly scheduled
Commission meeting.
Mr. Dietz moved to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Elk River Municipal Utilities.
Mr. Zabee seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.

4:40 P.M.
