AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES
SUB 9B - C-3B HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (9B) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinance
titled, "C-3B Highway Commercial Districts" be amended to read as follows:
a. Nursery
b. Business offices
c. Veterinary clinics
d. Convenience stores
e. Home appliance stores
f. Produce markets
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
